Membership
We have a new member that has joined Silvia Brinkman So everyone say hello to Silvia and welcome her to the club.
Finance
Mike Smith reports we now have $1,143.24 in bank. Mike also stated that the accounts for Mini Meet West have been set up separate fomr our club account.
Events 2010
Richard reports there are no new updates from other clubs to add to the events calendar from last month.
20th February-Tech Day still confirmed for the 20th 13:00 hours, Theme for tech day is Brakes and Brake shoes.
27th February to be Muffy’s make over day. Location Mike Smiths house.
March- Rally 20th Bob Wright to head up.
April- Scavenger Hunt discussed but Funkhana would be better for dry run and set up.
Location to be found for dry runs! Dry run date 18th March

Possible contents: Coasters, maps, name badge, bottled water, brochures, keychains, wine cork, Mini freebies

Registration
Mike has all MMW 2003 documentation and forms to be uploaded into MMW 2010 website.
Photos to be taken of each car or sent in for registration to aid in name badges and Banquet Photos for award presentation.
Funkhana
Needs to be laid out for both Classic and New Minis $150.00 Budget allocated for supplies
Layout submitted for Funkhana but needs to be tuned for theme.
Discussed various ideas but nothing agreed upon.
Discussed meet and greet Car wash area with hoses and buckets.
The Idea being that we do our part initially and then relax and enjoy the meet.
